Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects customers, partners and the integrity of the payment network. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited activities

• Illegal goods or services under Cameroonian or applicable law
• Fraud, phishing, identity theft or money laundering
• Unlicensed gambling, weapons, or controlled substances
• Adult content that violates law or partner rules
• Hate, violence, or exploitation of minors
• Circumventing security, scraping, or abusing the API

3. Restricted categories

Some categories require prior written approval and extra due diligence (for example certain financial services, travel, or high-ticket goods). Contact sales before onboarding if your business is borderline.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate, request information, freeze funds where required by law or partners, and report activity to authorities when appropriate.
